In addition to the tasks that shall be performed under COMPLIANCE PLAN- we undertake periodical Audit examinations; Internal, External, Management, Concurrent, Investigative and Statutory Audit as required mandatory or otherwise. This is an exclusive professional service to confirm the adherence of Local and International Accounting and Audit Practices and relevant documentation and declarations are made to the Authorities concerned within their jurisdiction. Annual Audit certification is undertaken including Tax Audits to ensure that – the Entity has honored its obligations under Tax Audits too.

Frequency: Monthly or Quarterly- Depending upon the statutory requirements of the Local Authorities.
